IndieLog: The Pilot

This is the IndieLog, a new series of articles where we will share some of the screenshots and videos put out by indie devs. With thousands of indie games in development, this does mean will have to choose favorites. If you are an indie dev, and you want your content on next weeks IndieLog send us an email.

No Place for Bravery

IndieLog No Place for Bravery

No Place for Bravery is in development by a small team in the capital of Brazil. The team says that No Place for Bravery is a eerie, minimalist roguelite. Their DevLog on Tig Source goes into a little bit more detail about the game, so check it out. The aesthetics of this game are beautiful, so when I saw the new screenshots I had to share them.

Superverse

IndieLogsuperverse

I’ve actually known about Superverse for a while now. The dev team and I followed each other on Twitter after I covered the game a year ago. In development by Industry Entertainment, Superverse is an arcade shooter about space exploration. The explosions and bullet effects in these new screenshots look to good not to share. Visit the developers website at superverse-game.com to learn more about the game.

All Walls Must Fall

IndieLog37697-teaser1

All Walls Must Fall is a tech-noir spy thriller set in Berlin 2089 where the Cold War never ended. The game is the second ever for developer inbetweengames, whose first game was The Mammoth: A Cave Painting, a game developed in 3 days for Ludum Dare 33. All Walls Must Fall was heavily inspired by the gameplay in the XCOM series, and you’ll see that in the new screenshots released this week.

Rad Rodgers offers a callback to the old 3D shooters of the early 90’s. The game has been inspired by classics like Duke Nukem 3D, Rise of the Triad, Shadow Warrior, and many others. The studio behind the game is Interceptor Entertainment. You may remember them as the developers of the new Rise of the Triad game. Rad Rogers is looking for backers on Kickstarter.

IndieLog Summary

Week one of IndieLog is in the books. Let us know what you think of this new series, and maybe we’ll be back next week. Again, if you are a developer and you want your game on here; send us an email. As for me, I’m going to go watch some football.
